1. About the platform

Balangir Group is a marketplace aggregator. We help employers post workforce requirements and help employees and security personnel register for jobs. We are not the employer of any employee. Our full Legal Disclaimer forms part of these terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Employees must be between 18 and 65 years of age. Employers must be a lawfully operating business and must register through an authorised person.

You must give true, complete and current information, including your mobile number, Aadhaar, PAN and bank or UPI details. Submitting false or someone else's documents may lead to rejection, removal and reporting to the authorities.

3. Employer obligations

Employers must offer lawful terms, pay wages on time, provide a safe workplace and comply with all labour, social security, safety and private security laws. All medical, safety and workplace liabilities rest with the employer, as set out in the Legal Disclaimer.

4. Fees, contact unlocks and commission

Employee contact details are masked. Unlock charges, placement charges and monthly per-head commission are payable by the employer as agreed in writing with Balangir Group. Employees are never charged for registering.

Employers must not bypass the platform by contacting or hiring an employee introduced through Balangir Group outside the platform to avoid fees. Such bypass makes the agreed fees payable in full.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, post fake requirements, harass any user, demand money from employees, upload unlawful content, or try to access data or accounts that are not yours.

6. Suspension and termination

We may reject a registration, reject KYC, or suspend or remove any account that breaks these terms or the law, with or without notice.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version date is shown on this page, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Erode, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction.
